Nowadays we have the possibility to change our work places or even our jobs many times and, therefore, we have more opportunities than ever to progress in accordance with our personal and professional project.

In the SOM (Occupational Service of Mataró), we offer a series of resources and activities aimed to people who, just like you, have to define or redefine their project and, therefore, orientate their future:

First of all, you will take part in an informative session to know what we can offer you. If it is what you are looking for, we will give you an appointment for an occupational interview in order to make your occupational profile clear, depending on your skills and on the characteristics of the job market. Once your profile has been defined, we will start preparing an action plan to reduce your weaknesses and reinforce your strengths in order to improve your occupability.

During all the orientation process you will be able to get advice from an occupational expert and you will also be able to access an extensive activity program of occupational orientation and job search called “The keys to success”.
